Hello, my name is Brindle! I’m a 3 year old brindle and white Olde English Bulldog. I’m currently 50 lbs, but I will likely continue to gain a bit more weight as my health improves. My foster parents tell me I’m America’s sweetheart.

I came from an unfortunate and scary place, but was rescued by my friends at the IBR. My foster mom is taking great care of me until I’m healthy enough to find my forever home. I’m still a bit skittish and nervous, and tend to be scared of quick movements and loud noises, so I’m usually attached to my foster family most of the time. I am very frightened by new experiences, but I try to soldier through them with little to no resistance. My canine foster bother and I tend to butt heads here and there, so I think a calm, quiet home where I could be the only pet would be best for me.

I love snuggles, walks, and pretty much anything my foster family does to make me feel noticed. My foster mom always tells me I have resting b***h face, but she knows I happy whenever my nub starts wiggling.

I hate my crate which is likely a result of my past, and I’m still working on my potty training, so I’ll need a family that is willing to be patient with me at first. I love my bed, but what I love even more is sneaking into my family’s bedroom and laying down next to them whenever possible. Like so many, I simply want someone to cuddle with for the rest of my life…that and to feed me and tell me I’m pretty!

If you want to help make my dreams come true, you should contact my friends at the IBR or apply to adopt me!
