Hi there , I’m Buster! I’m approximately 3.5 years old. I’m a Olde English Bulldog. I’m neutered and am currently up to date on all vaccines. As you can see I am mostly white with half a brindle face. I’ve got super cute and soft ears too! I have no tail but that just means you can see me wiggle my little butt better. I’m great with other dogs and children of all ages. I haven’t met any cats along the way so that’s still a mystery. I walk extremely well on my leash and love to be by your side all the time.

I was surrendered in Morgan County, IN due to being too rough around young children, but I’m not showing any signs of this in my new foster home. I currently have an 11 mo. old & 12 yr old sisters, as well as a 4 year old brother (all of which are human siblings and super cool). I really like to watch the kids play. I’ve been in my new home for a few days now and really love it here. It’s noisy and crazy at times, but it keeps me entertained.

I would consider myself to be medium energy and love balls of all sizes. I love to go on walks and will even jog alongside you. I run in my fenced in yard with the kids and other dogs. I will also lay behind the couch and catch a few zzz’s (as long as you’re in the house too). Every now and then my 5 month old fur brother tries to wrestle with me and I get fed up with him. I may nudge him and growl but it’s not aggressive.

My foster family is very outgoing and we spend a lot of time outdoors playing. I even play volleyball with them. My foster mom says I remind her of a dolphin jumping out of the water and hitting the ball with my nose. So far I’m not returning the ball when mom tries to play fetch, but you can bet I will run after it. I also like to greet people that are walking the neighborhood so it’s probably best if you keep me on a leash outside of the fenced yard.

I don’t mind resting and spending the night in my kennel. It’s a safe place for me. Mom always gives me a milk bone for doing things the right way, so I’m always behaving like a good boy. My family doesn’t allow me to enjoy their couch, but I will try occasionally. I listen very well when you tell me to get down or tell me “no.” I will also sit for you if you’re using a stern voice. Treats please!

If I had to chose between my Mom or my Dad, I would definitely go with Mom! Dad just seems a little too tall, so I’m a little scared. In fact, I tend to be afraid of men in general. Like many, I’m scared of loud sudden noises and some shadows but I’ve gotten better since my first day home with them. When mom works out, I try to steal her yoga mat but as soon as she tries to lay on me, I move. I love my head and belly to be rubbed and I really don’t mind baths at all. I usually get my baths from a warm soapy bucket while I’m on my leash. Mom thinks I would probably try to jump out of the bathtub, if we’re being honest. I let her clip my nails with no trouble at all and I’m told I’m the perfect puppy regularly!

I’m looking for a warm cuddly home where someone will love me the way my foster family does. I’m pretty simple to please, if I do say so myself! If you show me some love, feed me, and take me on walks, things will be golden. I’d enjoy having a four legged friend in the home, but it’s okay if you don’t have one for me. I also don’t mind loud kiddos.

Please let my foster family know if you think I would be a great fit for your family. I feel like I do what is expected and I just want the same love in return.
