Cookie

Cookie is a very sweet and easy going girl, once you have earned her trust. She knows “sit’ and “shake” and loves to show off! Cookie would love a home with someone home during the day, who she can nap next to on a soft bed. Cookie would do best with older children who do not have a lot of rowdy visitors, as she can be very cautious of new people in the home. She seems to like dogs about her size or slightly smaller. She is friends with a Frenchie who lives down the street and has met other smaller dogs with success, when properly introduced on leash. She is reactive with larger dogs, but may be ok if they are in the home first.

Cookie is house trained but is prone to UTIs, which can cause her to have accidents. She needs a family who can monitor this and get her medication as needed. She takes her meds with no fuss!

Cookie also has some severe food and vaccine allergies. She must stay on her Signature Lamb and Rice diet and absolutely cannot have any food or treats that contain fish or banana. She will also need a vet who understands vaccine reactions and can properly pre-treat her, prior to her annual vaccinations. Cookie’s foster mom can go into more specific detail with a potential adopter.

Cookie loves the car and loves to lounge in the sun! She also enjoys short walks and exploring the smells of the neighborhood! She would thrive with a low-medium energy home with prior bulldog experience.
