Max

Max is a sweetheart through and through! He just wants all your love, cuddles, and attention! He loves short walks, toys, and as many kisses and hugs you could possibly give.

Max has been learning and adapting to domestic family life.  When he came into the IBR, he didn’t know any basic commands, was not potty trained, and could be destructive. We’ve gotten him to the point were he mostly will only chew on his toys, but does need to be monitored or he may get board and decide to get into something he shouldn’t. He had been doing well with potty training but since being neutered he has regressed slightly.  We are continuing to work on getting that under control though.

He has learned some basic commands & has such a sweet spirit! He needs guidance & a lot of patience since this is all new for him.  He’s never really received love, attention, or proper training, but he’s so worth the effort. He’s a very trainable dog and just wants to please.

If you’re willing to put in the work to continue helping Max as he is learning, you will have a best friend for life. He truly has a heart of gold and I know you’ll just fall in love with him.
