Hellllooooooo to everyone! My name is Moe. I am the happiest and sweetest Frenchman you will ever meet! I love everyone and every animal that I meet…except those pesky squirrels…but they are fun to chase. I would love a medium energy playmate who can play in spurts and then rest.

I have had a bit of a rough medical journey so far in my 18 months of life, but I am getting better, thanks to my recent nares surgery. I will need mostly wet / canned food for the rest of my life. I seem to eat that more slowly and I don’t struggle as much to keep it down. I need a home who will not rush my meals and will not let another dog steal my food (or let me steal theirs). I have to rest for about 30 minutes after each meal to make sure my food stays down. I don’t mind this at all though! I love to lay on the couch with my foster mom and “help” her with work. I usually fall asleep on the job. Oops! After my rest, I am ready to go out and poop. I am working very hard at my potty training. Foster mom says this is why she does not “puppy.” She keeps a close eye on me and I am really catching on. I know that we run to the back yard the moment my crate door is opened in the morning and anytime foster mom gets back home. I will get the hang of it with more practice and patience.

Speaking of my crate, I am very good about sleeping there at night. I know that is my bedtime spot and I go in with no fuss and do not make a peep at night. I also like lots of naps during the day. I love to sun my buns outside and fall asleep in the warm grass. Foster mom says it’s too hot for much sunbathing right now, but I would love to have a nice fenced yard to explore and help my forever family with yard work.

I take my monthly preventative with no drama and will need to stay on that forever. I also need a family who has a good relationship with a vet, in case I have more issues in the future. I am the best vet patient ever and don’t cause any trouble.
