Vixey

Vixey is the sweetest little girl!

She must be center of attention and must be cuddled up next to you at all times. She enjoys walks, lounging in the sun, & laying on her back in the grass to get the perfect back scratches. She loves to play but equally loves her naps! She’s very easy going & has a big personality.

She does need a family who is able to let her out to go potty throughout the day. She does well most days, but doesn’t always seem to be able to hold it for a full 8 hr work shift. She has a little quirk, if she’s super excited or in an energetic mood, where she loves to nibble on toes as you’re walking. She mostly does it if we are running around the yard playing with all the dogs or sometimes if she’s excited to go on a walk she will try to nibble at our feet to go out the door! It’s not aggressive and nothing to be concerned about it’s just her way of saying “come on! let’s get moving! I’m ready to go!“

She’s such a love bug and needs a family who will love and give her all the attention she’s deserves. She does have a mild case of dry eye since having cherry eye removal surgery, to help her we give her eye drops 1x daily.

She enjoys walks & does amazing on a leash, is very polite, and doesn’t pull or bark at people/dogs passing by.

While she does well with other dogs we do think she enjoys be center of attention at all times & probably would thrive in a home where she can get all the attention, or maybe in home with a less affectionate animal that doesn’t require/take away from queen Vixey’s spotlight (for real, she’s a diva).

So if your looking for an extremely affectionate companion, happy dances when you walk in the door, and lots of cuddles then Vixey is the girl for you!
