Welcome to www.indianabulldogrescue.com (“the website”), owned and operated by Indiana Bulldog Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (“IBR,” “we,” or “us”). We provide rescue services for English, French, and Olde English Bulldogs, including but not limited to public education, foster home, veterinary, transportation, and adoption services. By accessing, visiting, browsing, using the website or any of the services IBR offers, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We may occasionally modify these Terms of Use and such modifications shall be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website indicates your agreement to be bound by any changes. If you do not agree to bound by these Terms of Use, do not access or use any part of the website.
Term. These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect for the entire period you use the website.
Use of website. This website is intended for people at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you represent and warrant that you have permission from your parent or guardian to use the website, including permission to make contributions. If you access the website from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the territory from which you access the website.
Personal Accounts. IBR does not require you to create an account in order to use the website. However, we will collect personal information if you submit a request to surrender a Bulldog, an application to adopt a Bulldog, or an application to become a volunteer with us. Any personal information you submit is deemed to include your consent for its intended use and will be protected under IBR’s Privacy Policy.
Waivers. As part of the IBR rescue process, we do require all volunteers who are fostering or transporting dogs to execute a waiver of liability releasing IBR from responsibility for issues that arise during transport or while the dogs are in their care. Potential adoptive families will be required to sign waivers agreeing to hold IBR harmless from any issues that arise while a dog is in their care during any pre-adoptive home visits. If you do not sign the required waiver(s), then you will not be permitted to volunteer or adopt.
Donations. IBR accepts donations through the website for those who wish to help our mission to save bulldogs and provide them with better lives. All online donations are collected via Paypal and any terms of use, privacy policies, or other legal notices they may utilize or require will apply to your use of their service in order to submit your donation. IBR does not receive, save, or collect any information you provide to Paypal outside of that necessary to process the donation. Any such information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Your use of Paypal is at your own risk and IBR is not responsible for the safety or security of your Paypal account or any information provided to Paypal.
External Links. The website may provide links to other websites that are not maintained or controlled by us (“linked sites”), including sponsors or affiliates. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for the content, copyright compliance, accuracy of the information, and/or the quality of goods or services provided by or advertised on any linked sites, and in no event shall we be held responsible or directly or indirectly liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on any linked sites.

You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Indiana regarding any disputes between you and IBR arising out of these Terms of use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. Any legal action brought related to these Terms or your use of the website shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Indianapolis, Indiana, and you further agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue thereof.
Privacy Policy. Your use of the website is also governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
Miscellaneous. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IBR regarding use of the Website, unless your involvement with IBR in any capacity subjects you to additional terms, to which you will be required to provide separate consent. The failure of IBR to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Should any competent court determine that any provision of these Terms of Use are unenforceable as written, void, or unlawful, then said provision shall be deemed to have been rewritten in accordance with the law.
