I was surrendered by my original pawrents, who said I had too much energy for them. They called me hyper, whatever that means. I was kept in a crate all day and I’m just a pup, so I have energy to burn! They took good care of me, so I’m very healthy. My face gets a little yucky on one side because I have a little bit of a wonky eye, but it doesn’t need medical care, just a little extra attention – which is okay by me, because I LOVE attention.
I’m very high energy. I want to play and have fun as much as I can. I love playing with humans, other dogs, or even just with toys by myself. I’m good at entertaining myself if you give me the resources. I mostly just want to be loved. FYI, I will bark and cry at you if you’re around and not paying attention to me. I need all the love all the time. I give great kisses and lots of them. I’m not afraid to share my bulldog slobber with your ear. I like to hold your hand and be close to you at all times. My favorite thing is butt rubs, and I will back my big old butt up into you as much as you’ll let me. You should see my butt wiggles! I am always wiggling, even first thing in the morning…what can I say, I get excited about starting my day! When I do slow down enough to nap, wait until you hear me snore!
Don’t think I’m just going to lay down on your wood floors. You better have carpet or find me a blanket, rug, or a bed. I need a life of comfort. I do well in a crate, since I’m used to it. Sometimes I’ll go into the crate on my own and hang out even when it’s open, but most of the time I just want to be close to my humans.
I love an antler to chew on. Right now, that’s my favorite. I’m not aggressive in any way, but I do want all the antlers to be only mine, because I love them so much.
I love to run and play. I heard someone say I’m chonky, but really I’m just stout. I don’t need to lose weight, but now that I have a fenced yard and another dog to chase around, I’m gonna get trim. I don’t mind the rain or the snow. I’m very good about going outside, but if you don’t put me on a leash, I will take off running, so be prepared for your neighbors to watch you chasing me through their yards. I walk great on a leash and I’m pretty smart, but don’t think I’m not stubborn. I do what I want and what I want to do is play!
They call me a wild dingo and I guess that’s true, but I’m still a little boy, and I’m much less wild now that I get to run around and play all day!
My ideal home would have another pup who wants to play and a yard I can run in. I’ve only been here at my foster home for a few days, so my foster pawrents are still getting to know me. They tell me that I’m the best, which is obviously true. Just look at me!
